BOOKS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All book sales are final. Because our books are printed on demand, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll gladly replace it at no cost to you — see Damaged or Defective Items below. Please note we cannot offer replacements or refunds for content (such as typos or grammatical errors), formatting, design, or minor variations in print color and binding, as these fall outside our print partner's defect policy. Ebooks and audiobooks are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once purchased.

MERCHANDISE

All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Store credit may be issued for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To request store credit, contact us at contact@blackcosmospub.com with your order number and reason for your request.

All apparel is made to order and printed just for you, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing. Please review the size chart on each product page and measure before ordering to be sure of your fit.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we'll replace it at no cost. Please contact us at contact@blackcosmospub.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Replacements are provided based on photographic evidence. We're unable to offer replacements for normal print variation or for content and formatting concerns.

SHIPPING & PRODUCTION TIME

Every item in our store is made to order, so please allow time for production before your order ships.

• Books are printed on demand and typically take 3–5 business days to produce before shipping.

• Merchandise (apparel, totes, drinkware) typically takes 3 days to produce before shipping.

Once produced, your order ships via the carrier's standard transit times. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed — customs, incorrect addresses, or carrier delays can extend delivery, and international orders may take up to four weeks or longer to arrive. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

All tees are made to order — please check your fit before purchasing.

Our shirts come in a couple of different styles, and they don't all fit the same way — our classic tees run a little snug, while our oversized tees run large — so sizing is measured per style. Before you order, take a moment to review our full T-Shirt Size Guide. It lists every shirt with its measurements (in inches) and tells you which way each style leans.

The easiest method: lay a t-shirt you already own and love flat, measure it, and match it to the chart.
