Books & Digital Products All book sales — including physical books, ebooks, and audiobooks — are final. Due to the nature of these products no refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
Merchandise All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Store credit will be issued for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To request store credit please contact us at contact@blackcosmospub.com with your order number and reason for your request.
Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us at contact@blackcosmospub.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
